In Quraci myth, the demon Arrakhat is an evil di jnn from the O'salla Ben Duuram, or "Oasis of the Damned," One of the descending circles of Hell. Rather than granting three wishes to its invoker, Arrakhat instead offers three murders, upon completion of which this genie will return to it's resting place in the so-called "Well of Flames."

In modern times, Arrakhat was summoned forth by the Arghulian, a religious zealot and enemy of Tim Drake's schoolmate Ali Ben Khan, Prince of Dhubar. The Arghulian opposed Khan's rule and was determined to see him dead rather than let him assume the throne of Dhubar.

Robin, in comp nay with Conner Hawke and former Government operative Eddie Fyers did their best to protect Ali from Arrakhat's murderous wrath. However, the prince's salvation lay in mystical amulet he possessed, a signet frequently used by his own father to call forth the demon to slay his enemies.

Kahn's amulet turned Arrakhat upon the Arghilian and returned the demon to his abyssal home after slaying the usurper. The evil d jinn has not been invoked by anyone sense.
