The body is reused from the Super Powers Collection Joker figure. When dipped in cold water, the face changes from white to a flesh tone coloring.
The Helicopter backpack was reused with Plasma Glow Joker From the World Of Batman line that was exclusive to Walmart. The Joker body is also the same, however the head sculpt is different.
