Aztek first appeared among scores of new Justice League members in Justice League Unlimited's premiere, and continued to appear in brief cameos throughout the series. He had brief, uncredited speaking parts in the episodes Question Authority and I am Legion. Aztek is able to look at substances and objects and analyze their properties and details quickly. With his aid, the Justice League was on their way to find the recently escaped Lex Luthor.

AAs with many others, Copperhead joined forces with both Luthor and Aresia, attempts that have failed both times. Aside from his ridiculous looking costume, he's only managed to take one JL member down: Batman. By giving Batman a bite on the shoulder, Copperhead gave Batman a taste of what made him a super-villain: his venom. Batman eventually recovered and Copperhead was put on ice and has since been put back on ice many times.

Longtime friend of John Stewart, Rex Mason was just a business man working for his girlfriend's father, Simon Stagg. When Mason refused to do a job that Stagg asked him to do, Stagg had Mason be in a little accident. This accident led him to become a shape-shifting monster, and was originally told that it was Green Lantern who had done this to him, causing Mason to go after Green Lantern. When he got his facts straight, Mason turned his sights toward Simon Stagg--eventually destroying him.

After a particularly hard struggle with Doomsday, Superman attempted to lobotomize him in the same way the Justice Lord's Superman did to Doomsday originally. When he failed, he knocked Doomsday into a volcano, eventually encasing him in a block of hardened magma. After retrieving it, he transported Doomsday to the Phantom Zone, an action that Batman questions. Superman also played a key role in defeating the Lex Luthor / Brainiac combination that threatened to destroy earth. Though he attempted to disband the Justice League, he was met with protests, not only by the other Justice League members, but by the public as well. The League stayed in tact, but it's headquarters was relocated. When a revived Darkseid turned to destroy Superman and the entire Earth, the Justice League teamed up with the Legion and together they took out the invading Apokolips armies. Superman and Darkseid's epic brawl took a breather as Luthor appeared, holding what Darkseid desired most: the anti-life equation. Darkseid and Luthor disappeared and the forces of Apokolips retreated.
