Special Abilities: Can adopt the physical form of anyone or anything. If those whose appearance he adopts have super-powers, he copies those as well, his touch can reduce an enemy to protoplasm.
Biography: nitially an actor in horror films, Basil Karlo went mad when he learned a classic film of his was to be remade. He donned the mask of the film's villain, Clayface, and killed several of the remakes cast and crew. Later, Karlo joined a collection of villains who used the name Clayface. Before the gang was defeated Karlo injected himself with the essences of several of his allies, becoming a superhuman with the abilities to change shape, melt others into protoplasm, and mimic the powers of heroes or villains.

Special Abilities: Superior intelligence, unparalleled knowledge of the universe and its cultures, able to control and manipulate machinery.
Biography: Vril Dox served as scientist prime for his technologically advanced home world of Colu. When he tried to take over the planet, he was punished by being disintegrated. His consciousness survived and adopted the identity of Brainiac, setting his sights on assimulating the knowledge and intelligence of all cultures in the universe, and them eradicating them. Brainiac has destroyed hundreds of worlds, including Superman's home, Planet Krypton.

Biography: As a super-intelligent teenager, Lex Luthor idolized Superboy and saved him from a peice of Kryptonite. While working toward curing Superboy's weakness, one of Luthor's lab experiments went awry, catching fire. The resultant fumes made Luthor's hair fall out permaneently and damaged his psyche. Luthor blanmed Superboy for the mishap, and dedicated himself to deystorying his former friend by concocting numerous schemes and weapons - Nonemore powerful than his deadly Battle-suit.
