Derek Power's mysterious right hand man, Mr. Fixx is an enforcer. Fixx does all the dirty deeds that Derek Powers can not do, or can not be connected to. Brutal and efficient, Fixx will do whatever has to be done. Fixx has killed and maimed in the name of Power, one of those victims being Terry McGinnis's father. The killing of Terry McGinnis's father led to his final battle with Batman. It is still unknown if he died. Some say he was crushed by the weight of the water and canisters of nerve gas. Other says he made it out and disappeared from the U.S.. Whatever the truth, Mr. Fixx will always one of Batman's greatest foes.
