PLOT SUMMARY:
Microin (a guy who can shrink and grow himself and can fly when shrunk) is training inside the Watch Tower when he has to stop a speeding train and in the process gets badly hurt.

Superman then aids Terry in capturing Inque and then asks him to join the JLU. Other members are Aquagirl (Aquaman's daughter) Barda (Mr. Miracle's wife), Warhawk (son of John Stewart the Green Lantern and Hawkgirl) and an Asian Green Lantern.

Terry does not hit it off with most of the other members. The JLU then responds to explosions in Metropolis which leads to Warhawk dying when a missile he was trying to stop explodes. Terry is blamed but Superman ends the argument.

Bruce and Terry then use the Batmobile's sensors to find Warhawk's killer: Superman. Bruce gives Terry kryptonite so that he can take down the Man of Steel.

INTERESTING NOTES:
- Warhawk character is later revealed to be the son of Hawkgirl and Green Lantern/John Stewart. This is stated in the JLU episode "Once and Future Thing Pt. 2." Warhawk sees Jon Stewart and calls him Dad.
