PLOT SUMMARY:
The Wonder Twins accidentally expose Superman to the unpredictable red Kryptonite. On this occasion, it turns him into a child that behaves like a Super Brat. Mr. Mxyzptlk learns of these events and mischieviously manipulates Super Brat into occupying the Super Friends' time. The Super Friends must bide their time and fix the situations resulting from Super Brat's actions whilst dealing with Mxyzptlk. The heroes can only wait for the effect of the red Kryptonite to wear off.
