INTERESTING NOTES:
- In the comics, Tim Drake's father was named Jack and both he and Tim had much different backgrounds. Their backgrounds in this episode are very similar to Jason Todd and his father. According to Bruce Timm, the reason that they skipped over Jason Todd being Robin was because the storyline in which he perishes was considered too long and violent for animation. Instead they gave Tim Drake the origins of Jason Todd and Todd was never mentioned in the DC animated setting.
