PLOT SUMMARY:
A direct descendant of the original Dr. Frankenstein creates a new type of monster that his forefathers could only have dreamed about. This new monster is an android that has the ability to drain the SuperFriends of their powers. After capturing Batman and Robin in Transylvania the evil Dr. begins transferring Batman's mental powers into one of his androids. Superman and Wonder Woman come to the rescue only to become prisoners themselves. With the three superheroes drained of their powers it's up to Robin to find a way to save the day.
