A spunky and beautiful officer of the law, Dick's partner has recently become Captain in the Bludhaven PD. Only recently has she heard reports about a masked vigilante roaming around Blüdhaven. In fact, though, she's gone beyond reports, she's actually met him! Nightwing managed to get hold of Mrs.Redhorn's diary, handing it over to Amy, which then set in motion the ousting of all the corrupt cops in the BPD.

Recently he helped save Amy's life, as well as her husband and that of their two children when their house was caught up in gunfire and then blownup - the corrupt cops of the BPD's aftermath. She still seems to be a bit wary when it comes to this vigilante, though she is trusting him. As far as Dick goes, though she may be getting wise to his other self soon, she's a solid friend for her former "rookie" partner.
