First Appearance: Batman: Arkham Asylum

Harriet Arkham was the daughter of Amadeus Arkham, the man who created the infamous Arkham Asylum. While growing up, Harriet became frequent to nightmares. To help her focus off her fears, Amadeus gave Harriet a cuckoo clock he got from Switzerland.

One night, while Amadeus was away, Harriet and her mother Constance were attacked in their home by the perverted killer "Mad Dog" Hawkins. Hawkins abused the two of them and murdered them savagely. Dismembering young Harriet, Hawkins placed her head in a dollhouse.
