Tommy Burke is a detective in GCPD MCU day shift. He started when Gordon was still the commissioner and he was presumedly one of his boys because he attended Gordon's birthday party before he was shot. This also means he is most likely a good detective. Nevertheless, he does not seem to take his job as seriously as, for example, Driver, Allen or Montoya. Burke is the ladies' man in the department. He can speak his way out of any problem as long as a woman is listening to him. Burke has a big mouth and a sense of humour most his partners do not share, specially when they are the target of his jokes. Thus, he is sometimes annoying. He teams up with detective Procjnow.
