Chandler started her professional career as a cadet in the FBI academy. However, she decided that the job had too much paperwork and she decided to become a cop instead. Chandler joined the GCPD and was assigned to the MCU. Most the cops in the department believe she has a thing with her partner, Nate. He, in fact, has a thing for her, but she is not interested. Most times, Nate simply embarrases her with her attitude. Romy is probably more interested in Marcus Driver, who worked with her in the Lewis case. Romy has a black belt and she is not afraid to use her strength. She also has a quick mind.
