Jackie Pajamas used to be a drug dealer until he decided it was too risky for him. Then, he moved into Rheelasia, where you can get whatever you want if you've got enough money. He set there a plantation in the middle of the jungle. Then, he started to kidnap very rich people. Instead of asking for a ransom to return them, he kept them as slaves in his plantation and asked for money to keep them alive. He also removed pieces of their bodies to encourage the families of his slaves to send money soon. He had a small army, plus mercenary Hellhound, to grant that his captives would not run away. Jackie's operations were stopped by Black Canary, Oracle and Jason Bard.
