BIFF WARNER

Batman and Robin tracker the criminal Biff Warner to the Yucatan, but before they could arrest him, a freak lightning bolt struck Robin. He survived, but his memory was cloded and he began to exhibit superstrength. Warner duped Robin into beleiving that they were on the same side, and suddenly Batman foud himself fighting his partner. Warner also tried to get Robin to dig out gold from the nearby mountains, but the lightning's effects wore off the the yout recognized the truth. Warner was captured and taken back to the U.S.
