PLOT:
An ex-Navy Seal with a beef against the US government stole a helicopter after shooting up two police stations. Azrael found him but two cops intervened and the man, calling himself the Spartan, escaped. On of the cops attempted to shoot the helicopter down with a rocket launcher. He missed and hit a rock-climbing range. The Spartan stopped to help an injured lady; they were both saved by Azrael. Afterwards, the Spartan agreed to let Azrael take him in.
