PLOT:
The man and his huge brother (both metahumans) took Jean Paul down. Dr. Tompkins told Barbara she got his test results back - he was in bad shape and should be dead. Oracle contacted Nightwing, who learned Jean Paul's whereabouts from Lilhy. The brothers had pushed his car into a river with him in it. Nightwing arrived and they attacked him.
