Azrael went in and brought out a defeated Two-Face with the media watching. Police (and Batman) checked out the scene after the fire was put out. Bruce spoke with Dr. Thompkins while suiting up; he went out to "finish" Azrael. Jean Paul told Senator O'Mara about a cool breeze and white light he saw while rescuing a child from the fire.
