PLOT:
Batman and Robin head west to track down a gang of cattle rustlers. Batman meets the owners of three ranches, each of whom has had their cattle stolen. Batman tracks the rustlers to a windmill, but he is fed loco weed and goes crazy. Robin and the local sheriff help Batman recover. Then Batman proves that Mr. Brule, one of the ranchers is the head of the rustlers.

PLOT:
Gang boss Chopper Gant tricks master of military science Hannibal Bonaparte Brown into planning crimes for him. When Batman interferes, Brown comes up with a plan to capture him too. The crooks then try to kill Batman, Robin, and Brown, but Batman escapes in time. Brown then assists the Dynamic Duo in preventing the crooks from robbing a tank factory.

PLOT:
Bruce Wayne attends a society party where a visiting British lord is scheduled as the guest of honor. When Bruce meets Lord Burleigh, he is startled to discover that the man is his butler Alfred. Alfred doesn't reveal his reason for impersonating the lord, so Bruce follows him. Crooks crash into Alfred's car and try to kill him. Batman and Robin stop them.

Alfred then explains that he visited Lord Burleigh earlier in the day. Burleigh is a recluse and thought Alfred was an actor sent to fill in for him at the party. Batman then pays a visit to Burleigh, only to discover the man who hired Alfred was not the British lord.

Batman is captured and imprisoned in the basement with the real Lord Burleigh. Batman learns that Stevens, the lord's assistant, is behind the attacks. Batman tricks the crooks into freeing him. Then he defeats them and rescues Lord Burleigh.

TITLE: The Three Eccentrics

PLOT:
The Penguin recruits two out of work thugs to rob a trio of eccentric millionaires. Batman and Robin try to stop Penguin and his henchmen at each of the three robberies. Penguin avoids capture during the first two encounters, but the third victim has been dead for over a year. Penguin fails in the robbery attempt, and Batman apprehends him.
