PLOT:
Penguin is released from prison and opens a bird shop. He gives birds to prominent citizens, which draws the suspicion of Batman. Hidden inside the bird cages are explosives which allow Penguin to rob the men. Batman tries to stop the last explosion, but he is knocked out by a gas bomb. Robin revives him and together they chase down the Penguin and his gang. They track him using a bird of their own, then they return him to prison.

PLOT:
Moose Miller and his gang hide-out in Midget City, a town inhabited by midgets. The crooks force the midgets to work for them and assist in their robberies. Batman and Robin follow one of the midgets back to the town, where they discover the hide-out.

The crooks try to kill Batman before leaving for their next crime. Batman survives and enlists the aid of the midgets in tracking down the crooks. Working together Batman and the midgets bring Moose and his gang to justice.

TITLE: Batman, Interplanetary Policeman

PLOT:
A martian lands on Earth and requests Batman's aid against a band of martian criminals. Batman and Robin fly to Mars where they are attacked by Sax Gola and his men. Batman escapes the attack and tracks down Gola. The crooks uses a crime-ray on Batman turning him into a criminal. Batman leads the group's next raid, but he secretly tricks them. The crime-ray did not work because Batman was wearing a lead-lined helmet. He springs the trap, forcing the martians to surrender. Having completed their mission, Batman and Robin then return to Earth.
