PLOT:
Chick Miller, a convict, is paroled with the help of his cellmate, Slink Daniels. Chick then learns that one of the parole board members is a gang boss, and that Chick is expected to join the gang. When he refuses, the gang tries to kill Miller, but Batman prevents it.
Batman then disguises himself as Marty Loden, another convict, and is similarly paroled. Batman learns the identity of the gang boss and smashes the gang. Robin however is taken hostage by the crooked parole board member. Batman saves him, and the crook is killed in the struggle.

PLOT:
Atkins, a stockholder in the Hobbs Clock Company, has killed two other stockholders using exotic clocks as murder weapons. He tries to frame the crazy old man who built the clocks, Brock. Batman identifies the pattern and protects the next intended victim, Peter Selby. Brock kills Atkins when he learns that he is being used; then the old man plans to blow up the Hobbs clock tower. Batman and Robin prevent the disaster, and Brock falls to his death.

Batman and Robin protect Page as Masters forcibly tries to wrest control of the company. The Dynamic Duo battle the crook on an abandoned oil derrick and finally defeat him. Soon, a gusher strikes, making Page rich.
