PLOT:
While experimenting with an ice gun, a criminal scientist falls victim to a lab accident. As a result he can only breathe at freezing temperatures. The scientist designs a special suit to keep the air around him cold, then he uses the ice gun to commit crimes as Mr. Zero.

Batman and Robin track down Mr. Zero after several unsuccessful encounters. However, upon finding Mr. Zero's hide-out, the Dynamic Duo is captured and frozen inside blocks of ice. Batman manages to tilt his block, breaking a steam pipe. The steam releases him from the ice block and allows him to capture Mr. Zero. Somehow the steam has also cured, the villain's strange affliction.

PLOT:
Batman and Robin discover the body of electronics genius turned criminal Alec Wyre in the Bat-Cave. They believe wire and an associate discovered the cave, then the associate murdered him. Batman then tracks down three suspects, despite the fact that one must know his secret identity. All three suspects prove to be false leads. Batman then deduces that Wyre found the Bat-Cave on his own and was knocked dead when he hit his head on a stalactite. The location of the Bat-Cave and Batman's secret identity therefore remains a secret.

PLOT:
Batman and Robin help the railroad police while prisoner Duds Dekker is transported to an upstate prison. Dekker's gang makes several attempts to free their boss during the trip. Eventually they succeed by luring Batman away by derailing a circus train. After handling an escaped lion, Batman returns and recpatures Dekker and the rest of his gang.
