Using the Bat-Plane, the crooks begin a series of daring robberies. Batman and Robin attempt to regain control by getting inside the jet. The crooks maneuver the plane to throw off the passengers and watch as the Dynamic Duo apparently fall to their deaths. However, Batman used dummies to trick the crooks. PLOT:

Larson is struck in the head while taking on a rival gang. Robin finds him and believes him to be the real Batman. Larson's injury causes partial amnesia, so he too thinks he is Batman.
Batman eventually makes his way off the mountain, but the crooks find him. They believe he is Harry Larson and has double-crossed them. They leave him in a death-trap to die.
Robin eventually realizes Harry is not the real Batman. When he sees Batman in the death-trap, he believes it to be an imposter. Harry recovers his real memory and saves Batman, but he is killed by a high voltage charge. Batman proves his identity to Robin and helps capture the crooks.
