PLOT:
Three ex-cons become bounty hunters, turning in criminals for reward money. When they run out of crooks, the trio springs Nick Rossi from jail. Then they attempt to double-cross Rossi, turning him in for the reward. Batman intervenes and recaptures Rossi. Batman then puts out word about a reward for Soupy McCue, a phony felon. The gang tries to capture McCue, but Batman and Robin are waiting for them. The Dynamic Duo then captures the crooks, taking them to jail for the break-out of Nick Rossi.

PLOT:
Batman uses a flying spy eye to observe crooks planning a crime. The crooks mention that one of Batman's own inventions will be used in the robbery. Batman and Robin recall several previous cases, trying to determine which invention might have been stolen. They rule out nearly every invention except the spy eye itself. They realize that criminal scientist Curt Mathis must have taken x-ray photos of the eye when Batman used it to catch him. Once the Caped Crusaders learn which invention will be used, they are able to stop Mathis and prevent the robbery.

PLOT:
Batman and Robin stop a gang of racketeers who have cornered the market on Christmas trees. The boss behind the scheme in Happy Hoggsby, who is backed by boy millionaire Scranton Loring.
Batman and Robin pay a visit to Loring's mansion, where they find that Scranton is a young miser. Batman and Robin take Scranton around town and show him how the racketeers have ruined the lives of innocent people. Scranton begins to see that he has mistreated people.
Meanwhile, his assistants, Gulliver and Eggers, have stolen Scranton's fortune. When Scranton visits Hoggsby, he learns about the betrayal. The crooks plan to eliminate Scranton, but Batman and Robin save him. Then Scranton joins Batman, Robin, and his uncle Timothy in delivering Christmas presents to the people hurt by the racketeers.

Batman holds a contest where new crime-fighting inventions are submitted in an attempt to win a scholarship prize. Batman tests each of the final four inventions against crooks. Each of the first three look promising, but they have serious drawbacks. The final invention, the Bat-Kite, helps Batman with aerial photography and combat. The kite and its inventor Jeff Keating are awarded first prize.
