PLOT:
While Batman was busy with the KGBeast, the dumpster killer has struck again and again, now with ten victims, but based on the pattern, there should be eleven. When Batman finds the eleventh victim, he also receives a clue which leads him to the GCPD. Finding his lead dead but having left a clue behind, Batman investigates, but is unable to conclusively prove the suspect's guilt.
