PLOT:
Batman and Robin encounter an abusive young man, Felipe Garzonas, who the law cannot touch as he has diplomatic immunity through being the son of a diplomat. Robin wants to do something for the sake of Gloria Stanson, the woman he has abused; Batman
realizes Felipe is a drug user and that this would be embarrassing for his country - catching him in the act is the only way to get him deported. However, after they do so, Garzonas puts a call through to Gloria and by the time Batman and Robin get there, she has hung herself in fear. Robin races to Garzonas and soon the young man is falling from his hotel balcony. When Batman asks, Robin says Garzonas slipped.
