PLOT:
Batman arrives too late to stop the bomb from detonating. Searching through the rubble, Batman finds Jason's mother, who reveals a startling piece of information before she dies in his arms. Searching for Jason, Batman finds his lifeless body. Heartbroken, Batman returns to Gotham City to mourn his fallen friend. When he arrives however, he learns the shocking identity of Iran's new UN Emmissary.
