PLOT:
The mute hunchback computer genious, Harold who had previously helped the Penguin
in his latest scheme (see Batman #448) is now
living on the streets fixing children's toys for them. The local children all love
this mysterious strange whom they dub "Mr. Fix-It."
When a little girl goes missing after
dropping off her broken doll for Harold to fix, a murderous mob of outraged parents take to the streets to hunt down Harold calling him a
monster and a pervert. Batman locates and returns the little girl and the mob is forced
to change their opinion on Harold after the hunchback returns the little girl's doll back
to her in working condition.
Batman invites Harold to join him and work on Batman's gadgets in the batcave.
