PLOT:
While Batman was breaking up some painting counterfeiters, an abandoned building was imploded. Another was destroyed moments later. They had a common owner, and Batman (thinking insurance scam) questioned him. The third building was not related to the first two. It appeared to Batman that the buildings were being destroyed to improve the aesthetic look of the city.
