PLOT:
Seeing Catwoman on the wharf, Batman believed she'd stolen the neurotoxin. He also harbored fantasies about her. He tracked her - when they met, she claimed to have taken the ingredients so the toxin could not be created. She realized Az-Bat was not the "real" Batman and escaped.
