PLOT:
Penguin, in hiding, told his captive how he'd killed Batman: he staged a fake murder / kidnapping with the use of robots. When Batman rescued the boy robot, it exploded. Penguin barely escaped the wrath of the BatSquad. He then turned and shot his captive, Bruce Wayne, and dumped him over the bow of his yacht. Penguin awakened from his daydream when one of his men approached him in his office.
