PLOT:
Batman walked out on Alfred when he wanted to discuss the Bruce Wayne journals. He met with Commissioner Akins, who told him about a series of kidnapping which ended with the victim being burned alive. Batman found the man's driver and questioned him. That led him to the killer and his latest two victims - one he saved, the other died of a heart attack. The killer, calling himself Nicodemus, sent a message to Gotham City.
