PLOT: Justice League ambassadors Hawkgirl, Geo-Force and Black Lightning arrive to lay claim to the OMAC unit and the Outsiders are clearly not happy about this. In the midst of their argument, the OMAC unit springs to life attacking the heroes. The team is able to defeat the OMAC, but their brief battle leaves the unit damaged and of no use so Batman lets the League take it. It is during this time that Batman also recruits Geo-Force for the Outsiders - a position Bruce feels is more in tune with Brion's personal beliefs on crime fighting. Once the League leaves, Batman reveals that he had let them take a decoy and unveils the real OMAC, now re-tooled to serve their purposes and dubbed "REMAC." At Wayne Manor, two unknown people ring the door bell and are looking for Bruce Wayne and his boss, Batman.
