Catwoman was baited on a job. After getting to the loot she was propositioned by its owner. She would have to work with a team (Mouse, Gizmo, and Slyfox), but her cut would be $10million. Cavanaugh assembled his team and told them of phase 1 of the plot as Penguin listened from a remote location.
