PLOT:
A "copycat" stole a cat relic from a museum trying to make it look like Catwoman was the culprit. McShane knew it wasn't the real one in on the heist. The real Catwoman was making a deal with a man named Zee to rob a weapons development facility. While getting her loot, she bumped into one of the weapons - a woman in a cybernetic cat suit.
