PLOT:
Two-Face escaped New Arkham again. He set out to steal a rare writer-owned copy of The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, but the copycat got to it first. She got Zee to fence it for her. Gordon informed Batman that Harvey Dent was loose again and that it appeared Catwoman was active. They were both suspects in the book robbery. While the seller showed the book to prospective buyers, Two-Face attacked. Alleycat and Catwoman attacked him; cases of liquor caught fire.
