She gave herself up so that Holly and Maggie could go free (Simon was dead). They didn't honor their pact and still planned to kill them. Catwoman got free and attacked them. After a struggle, Black Mask fell from his balcony. Holly shot and killed Sylvia from behind. They escaped with Maggie, who had to be put under psychiatric care after the ordeal. Slam and Selina kissed outside the institution after visiting her.
