PLOT:
Antal, an artist, paints several portraits of rich sociallites. Soon after, the portraits are shot, stabbed, and defaced. The subjects of the portraits end up dead in similar manner as well. Batman tries to prevent a killing, but the police see him making him a suspect. Eventually Batman finds the real killer, Wylie, a sociallite with debt problems. He concocted the scheme to raise the value of his paintings, but when Batman catches him, Wylie kills himself.

PLOT:
Lee Travis witnesses the kidnapping of a young woman. He follows the kidnappers who disappear into a blind alley. Later that night the Crimson returns to the alley and uncovers a secret passage. He follows the tunnel and finds the girl in the hands of several criminal masterminds. The Crimson is surprised from behind and thrown in a well. He manages to escape, gas the crooks, and rescue the girl. He then returns to the office and prints the story in his newspaper.

PLOT:
Officer Callahan stops a jewel robbery, but a watchman is killed by the crooks. The killer is convicted, so his gang tries to discredit Callahan. Slam and Shorty help Callahan survive several assassination attempts. Shorty is kidnapped by the crooks, forcing Slam and Callahan to rescue him. Working together the trio of crimefighters stop another jewel robbery and force the crooks to confess their plan to discredit the police officer.
