PLOT:
Dr. Zanger has created a robot body without a brain similar to Robotman. He places the brain of a recently deceased plane crash victim into the robot body. When the man awakens as a robot, he reveals that he was a crook headed for the electric chair. The robot body proves more powerful than Robotman, but Robotman manages to lure his metal foe into a trap. The electrified third rail of a train kills the criminal. Dr. Zanger vows never to repeat his experiment.
