PLOT:
An article in the Gotham Gazette infuriates Selina Kyle, the former Catwoman. She decides that to return to her life of crime and excitement. Batman tries to stop her, but she successfully resumes her Catwoman career. Batman thwarts her cat-related crimes, then captures her gang. Catwoman escapes in a small boat. Batman finds the abandoned boat and is left to wonder whether or not Catwoman survived.
NOTE:
As revealed in the second story of Superman Family #211, the Catwoman of Earth-Two never reverted to a life of crime after she reformed in the first story of Batman #62. Since the Catwoman in this story is a criminal, she must be the Earth-One Catwoman.
