PLOT:
Batman is threatened by a costumed crook, the Clock. He remembers the Clock’s face from his past. Clock is really Kyle, the first criminal Batman ever captured. Kyle wants revenge on Batman for sending him to prison.

Batman battles the Clock at a watch factory but is captured. Clock plants a bomb set to go off at 3 o’clock, the exact time his jail sentence began. The Caped Crusader escapes in time and catches Kyle, returning him to jail.

PLOT:
A masked criminal called the Falcon begins a series of bird-related crimes. While the Martian Manhunter tries to apprehend the crook, twice he is forced to abandon the chase to help innocent bystanders. J'onn then stows away inside the loot of the Falcon's next crime. He locates the Falcon's lair and captures the crook.
