PLOT:
Bat-Mite returns and gives powers to three crooks fleeing Batman. The crooks gain circus powers and use them to defeat the dynamic duo. Bat-Mite is knocked in the head during the battle and temporarily loses his powers.
Batman escapes from a trap and goes after each crook individually. Bat-Mite regains his powers after being kicked in the head and is able to assist Batman in making the final capture of the last crook.

PLOT:
Victor Vance, an eccentric inventor, has developed a shrink ray, which he uses to shrink a bank to tiny size. The device can also be used to enlarge things, a property he uses to enlarge a cat to giant size to distract pursuit. J’onn J’onzz handles the cat, then pursues Vance. He becomes a victim of the shrink ray himself before losing track of the fleeing crook.
J’onn catches up to the crook again, while Vance is stealing a force field machine from two scientists. J’onn is able to trick Vance into restoring him to normal size. Afterwards, the Manhunter is able to easily capture Vance.
