PLOT:
Catwoman ratted out her former gang to Batman and Robin, who easily took them down at an attempted heist. Gordon called in the BatSquad - Joker was on the loose. When they went after him, he captured Catwoman and left Batman and Robin bound. Joker used a corrupt doctor to turn a cat scan machine into a mind altering device - he used it on Selina.
