PLOT:
Gordon and Batman were on the lookout the next night for another Anarky strike. Batman found him but was hit by a taser and knocked out. He quickly got back on his trail and took him down - Anarky turned out to be a straight-A junior high student. He got the last laugh by "tagging" Batman's cape with his logo.
