PLOT:
When double-crossed, Kadaver put him back in the trance. After everyone realized who was in control, Penguin was again awakened. Kadaver became his partner. They busted up a big drug deal, scoring both the loot and the cash. Their next heist was a diamond show - Penguin double-crossed Kadaver again, and Batman was there to take them down.
