PLOT:
Lock-up finger printed Robin in attempt to get his ID. Oracle intercepted it and fed him a bogus report. She notified Alfred. Nightwing got a transmission from Robin and went looking for him. "Matches" Malone escaped the mobsters without compromising his identity. Former Mayor Krol, cured of the Clench, was found dead. Nightwing found Lock-up's jail and took him down momentarily. Lock-up opened the floodgates and began filling the cells with water. Batman arrived and got everyone free. It was discovered that Krol had died of a mutation of the Clench, which killed him in a matter of hours. Every Clench survivor had the risk of recurrence.
