PLOT:
Bullock and Montoya were handing Wiley Dalbert, suspected of treason, over to the Feds when he vanished. John Jones, a PI from Denver, joined in looking for him. Dalbert teamed up with Garfield Lynns (aka Firefly), who'd recently escaped from Blackgate. Jones and Bullock surrounded their hideout, but Dalbert again vanished. Batman and Robin burst in on Firefly.
