Batman (Bruce Wayne); Penguin; Scarecrow; Huntress; Father Christian Sounder
PLOT:
A firefight broke out - Penguin's men killed the False Face gang and grabbed Father Sounder. With the GCPD nearing, Batman ended the
shootout by letting Penguin's men shoot him down and attacking them as they got near.
Huntress used this as the distraction she needed and grabs Father Christian. The False Facer who shot Mikey stumbles into the shelter and exposes Scarecrow as the instigator.
Before the mob can attack Scarecrow, Huntress convinces them all to pity the sad
little man instead. Creeped out by the outpouring of emotion, Scarecrow flees
the refugee camp and accidentally catches his costume on fire which puts him in
his own worse nightmare - a world without Scarecrow! Father Sounder helped everyone drop the weapons off a bridge.
Batman took Batgirl to one of his caves inside the abandoned
Arkham Asylum.
