PLOT:
The Mad Hatter crashes Gotham's Fashion Week to announce to the world the formation of the 'Wonderland Gang.' Alongside Tweedledee, Tweedledum and Mad Harriet the group goes on Lewis Carroll inspired capers.

But as the group continues to expand and grow in notoriety, something seems fishy about them. Thanks to a lead from a couple of mobsters who had refused to join the gang, Batman tracks the Wonderland Gant back to a run down amusement park on the beach. There he finds Mad Hatter sitting catatonic in an empty tea cup.

It turns out that the Hatter became a prisoner to his own mind control technology. He was forced by the real leaders - Tweedledee and Tweedledum to form their gang so that the two could get the attention they felt they deserved.

Batman crashes their tea p party (both literally and figuratively) and returns the group to Arkham. There, Tetch exacts his revenge by using his mind control technology to get the Tweed cousins to beat themselves silly for his own twisted enjoyment.

NOTE:
The events of this issue take place prior to Salvation Run.
