PLOT:
It's not a Wonderful Life for the former Doctor Tommy Elliot. Still recovering from his explosive battle with Batman months ago and now completely drained of his family fortune thanks to a vindictive Catwoman, Elliot casts his crutches aside and stumbles towards the snowy ledge of the bridge where his father once died. Standing there and no doubt delusional with pain, he begins to hallucinate, seeing his parent's faces in the chilly black waters below. He tips over the ledge and crashes into the icy Gotham river, blacking out almost immediately.

When he comes to, he finds that he has been fished out of the water by two fishermen who seem to recognize him from somewhere. And then it dawns on him - they think that he's Bruce Wayne! Elliot continues the ruse, capitalizing on the inherent good will that the workers (along with the rest of Gotham City) have towards the Wayne family. Conning the two fishermen into paying for his taxi, he takes the cab to a local Gotham night spot where he immediately sets his sights on a notorious cougar frequenting the club. The woman, obviously enamored with "Bruce", offers to take the playboy out on her yacht for a romantic cruise - Elliot naturally accepts.

Once out at sea, Hush murders the ship's captain along with the old woman, docking the ship in Jamaica and selling it under market value to a group of gangsters who are willing to pay in cash. After that, Elliot proceeds to buy a fake ID with Bruce's name on it and new pair of trusty pistols. With those things Tommy begins his world-wide tour, siphoning off Wayne funds from WayneTech owned corporations in order to re-build his criminal wealth.

After a brief stop (and cash withdrawal) in Australia, Hush has a run-in with the Tasmanian Devil - a local super-hero and decides that he must continue his globe trotting adventure if he wants to remain one step ahead of being discovered. Unfortunately his plan seems to have hit a snag when a hotel resort manager in Vietnam begins to act suspiciously after being made aware of "Bruce's" convenient need for a large sum of money. Tommy investigates and finds that the manager had been tipped off somehow and has alerted the police. He decides to flee, stealing a jeep and heading out into the jungles of Vietnam to escape. Before he can get far however he's run off the road by what appears to be a group of machine gun carrying Vietnamese gangsters.

When he wakes up following the jeep accident, Tommy Elliot finds himself face to face with the cause of all of his troubles - Catwoman!
